A Message from Tyler…

I am blown away by you all! It’s a wonderful thing to get together every week, make music, and have some laughs together. I don’t take it lightly or for granted.

It’s been a fun start to the season, with many new faces and great energy in the room! Let’s keep it going :)

Next Rehearsal - September 24th

Queen! - We’ll review what we’ve learned on our rocking ‘Queen Tribute’ and finish looking at the rest of the song. Everyone is doing a great job with this; listening to it come together is fun. It’s going to be a show-stopping number! Practice audio for this song is now available in the Members Area.

Practice Audio: This season, we’ll have bass practice tracks for both the male and female voices in the Bass section! Jen MacMillian, who does all our practice audio, has a singer she works with in Edmonton who will record the male voices' parts for new songs. These will be available for the ‘Queen Tribute’ next week.

Don’t Stop! We’ll revisit this classic Fleetwood Mac classic tune, ‘Don’t Stop!’ Please print off the vocal score for Tuesday in the Members Area. Practice audio for this song is also up so new members can get a feel for the music.

Fun fact! I’ll be playing this song at a wedding as part of the ceremony in Fernie this weekend. I’ll be channelling Eileen for sure!

NOTE: As will be the case each week in rehearsal, we’ll also sing songs we visited in our first two rehearsals.
