A Message from Tyler…

Thanks again for another great rehearsal on Tuesday night! It's fun to watch our community grow, with new faces coming in every week.

We’re doing a great job with what will be our most challenging song of the season - the ‘Queen Tribute. Stay the course! You’re doing great, and we’ll continue to revisit and explore it in different ways so it doesn’t become a chore to learn and continues to be fun. I’m very proud of you all for your hard work.

Week Four Announcements

New Song!

Returning to 2017, we’ll start learning Pink’s song, ‘What About Us?’ The lyrics and message of the song really connect to our times right now, and I think it’s a great tune for us to learn together.

OOTB Voice Workshop Date Change

We've decided to reschedule the Voice Workshop for October 26th for several reasons, which we’ll discuss on Tuesday.

The workshop will now be on Saturday, November 23rd, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please mark this date in your calendars!

The extra time will give us more songs to work on and make it a key part of our preparation for the December 6th concert. It will be a great tune-up on stage before we bring it all together.

Next Rehearsal - October 8th

New Song - ‘What About Us?’ by Pink.

It's going to be a lot of fun! The sheet music is now available in the Sheet Music and Practice Audio section of the Members Area. Please print off the vocal score and have it ready for Tuesday night.

Review and continue to build on ‘The Rain Song,’ which was a lot of fun last week!

Continue to review and have fun with our ‘Queen Tribute.’ Keep in mind that this is a challenging song with essentially four songs in one, and we’re doing a great job with it!

Continue Singing the other songs in our Repertoire.

If a specific mention or note about a song is needed for a given Tuesday, we will note it here. With this said, come prepared to sing all the songs in our repertoire. While we won’t always get to everything due to time constraints, this gives everyone a chance to revisit the recordings and reconnect with the songs.
